Before becoming a Broker, Linda built a successful 25-year career in escrow, where she managed the escrow company and oversaw complex transactions from start to finish. Her extensive experience with contracts, timelines, disclosures, and transaction management gives her a deep understanding of the real estate process. That foundation has become one of her greatest strengths, allowing her to guide clients with precision, confidence, and care.

In 2025, Linda launched One Foundation Realty, a brokerage rooted in trust, service, and community. Her mission is simple. A Moreno Valley resident since 1988, Linda is deeply connected to the Inland Empire community. She volunteers with the Soroptimist Club, a global organization dedicated to empowering women through education and opportunity. When she is not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her two children and granddaughter. Linda’s husband, a proud Air Force veteran and retired Los Angeles County Firefighter, shares her commitment to service, family, and giving back.
